The owner’s program is a +2,000 sf/intimate, loft style home including a main level  kitchen/dining/great room open layout for maximum entertaining and indoor/outdoor living.  There is a guest suite and an upper level master suite. There is a detached 2 car garage with an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) above.

The grounds/landscape will be designed for maximum play. Dynamic views toward the ocean and also the Santa Barbara Bowl will inspire for elements such as a custom adult size swings extending over the hillside to enjoy the sounds of the music below at the bowl. An interactive covered outdoor dining terrace to invite interaction between guests and owners while they all soak in the ocean view, perched up high, or hang out on the South terrace off the great room, nap out on a hammock in the sun. Walk the grounds, gardens and vineyard. This property is designed for sustainability all the way round.
