This concept explores a single story home including a master suite, open kitchen/dining/great room for maximum entertaining and indoor/outdoor living.  Guest quarters are in the semi-detached  Accessory Dwelling Unit. A detached 1½ car garage is housed in an existing structure on the site. This home is designed for future expansion of a second floor.
