This residence, designed for Treece & Lambert, boasts dynamic views of the Willamette River below as it is perched and nestled into a steep hillside parcel.

The program was to design a 4,500 SF, 4 bedroom home in 5 levels. The pedestrian and guests enjoy an entry to the home via a footbridge accessed from the street above, for a playful approach. At the entry, one is invited to contemplate a few moments as they soak in the view. The descent to the next level down reveals an open layout of the kitchen, dining and great room, and also includes a private wine room and a secluded guest suite. Each room and bedroom in this special residence has a unique experience and view.
